I know I’m biased but Sophie was the most amazing person I’ve ever known. She was my sister, my inspiration and my best friend. 

She led a difficult life constantly being in and out of hospital, but this rarely damped her spirit. She was so full of life and left a lasting impression on everybody she crossed paths with. 

She was bossy, opinionated, extremely loving and supportive, passionate, intelligent and so many other things that we all very much loved about her. 

Unfortunately her battle with CF got the better of her and she very sadly passed away on the 17th April 2018. She will be greatly missed by many people.
